-Management services are on a flat monthly fee with 4 month contract periods.
-*Legal services, including issues related to partnerships and corporations, are at additional agreed rates
-*Real estate sales brokerage services and commercial leasing services are at agreed commission rates. Rental brokerage services for residential properties are included in property management fees, except as specifically agreed.
-In addition to agreed property management fees, property owners are responsible for the costs of all outside services agreed upon, such as contractors, websites or brochures to market properties for rent, and tenant screening services.
